Courier Companies
Currently the courier companies with which we cooperate are ELTA Courier (Door – Door), ACS Courier and Speedex for the shipment of the majority of parcels. However, at the request of the customer, the courier company can be changed for the best possible service. It is noted that the transport cost in this case is different and depends on the desired courier company. In any similar case and before any shipment the company will contact the customer.
For Cyprus the only available option is the ACS Courier.
Delivery times
Delivery time varies depending on the geographical location of the recipient, however our company makes every effort to ensure that every order is delivered for shipment to the cooperating courier company (Courier) within one (1) working day (ie within 24 hours) of receipt of the order. If the delivery area is in an urban center, delivery may take 24 hours.
For Cyprus, the delivery time is influenced by several further factors, including the weather phenomena that should allow the safe transport of goods, with the shipping companies that ACS Courier cooperates with. Therefore, the delivery time varies according to the time period, but ACS Courier has informed that the average delivery time will be from five (5) to twelve (12) working days.
Covid
During the management and response period of the Covid pandemic, courier companies were called upon to execute multiple orders. From press releases we found that not all courier companies were able to meet the delivery times that are normally guaranteed. In this context, the delivery times of the parcels are adjusted daily, depending on the unforeseen difficulties of the courier companies.
Shipping costs
Courier companies and transport companies to maintain the speed and quality of transport impose charges, which are passed on to the final consumer, with the addition of transport costs before the completion of the order. In order to keep these charges as low as possible, the transport costs for the Greek territory range from € 2.7 to € 6.6, depending on the delivery area (Inaccessible or NOT inaccessible points), while the transport costs for Cyprus amount to at € 9.9 regardless of delivery area.

However, with aromatic options that exceed 45 € we offer FREE shipping costs for shipping throughout Greece without any charge for shipping costs.
Orders with particularly high volume or increased weight (over 8 kg) are shipped after prior consultation with the customer and may be made through a transport agency, while the charge is also made after consultation with the customer.
