Order cancellation
Order cancellation can be made if the online order has been completed, but the products have not yet been removed from our company.
A phone call is required at 6972604233 or 2311298375, where one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.
Return products with a corresponding refund
If the customer wishes, our online store provides the possibility of returning the products and the corresponding refund.
The return of the products is accepted only in case they are in their original – factory condition.
The request for return of products must be made within five (5) calendar days from their receipt, by calling 6972604233 or 2311298375 or through the contact form.
The refund is made within three (3) to seven (7) working days from the day of receipt of the returned products by our company.
The shipping costs of sending and returning the products are borne exclusively by the customer. Specifically, the customer is charged with the shipping costs of the initial shipment and equal to the shipping costs of the return. Also, if it was chosen as a method of payment COD or Paypal, these additional costs are borne exclusively by the customer and are non-refundable.
It is reminded that the transport costs are adjusted according to the selected courier company and the geographical location of the customer. Therefore, the shipping costs of the original shipment and the equivalent of the shipping costs of the return can be extracted from the Cart and the Cashier of our website.
Caution. The products should be returned in the same safe shipping package and in particular using bubble wrap to avoid damage on return.
The return of the products will be done with one of the cooperating courier companies with an oral statement for the recipient’s charge and with the recipient details the details of our company.
In case the order exceeded 45 € and was not charged with shipping costs, the shipping costs and return will be calculated cumulatively and in full and will be deducted from the final amount before refund. Also, if it was chosen as a method of payment COD or Paypal, these additional costs are borne exclusively by the customer and are non-refundable.
In any case, the return of products should be done together with all the original accompanying documents of the order.
Please note that upon return of the products, upon delivery to the courier company, you must be provided with the shipping number of the returned parcel. Please keep the relevant number available.
Upon receipt of the products from our company, the packaging and contents will be checked and you will be informed immediately about the final amount of the refund.
Return & Replacement of Products due to error
It is possible to return due to a defective product or due to an error in the order (for example if you received a product other than the one you ordered).
To complete the return & replacement it is necessary to meet the following conditions:
- Product returns can be accepted within a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The product must have been purchased exclusively from the online store located on the fantasticaroma.com website.
- The defective product is replaced only with the same product or with any other by agreement.

- It is necessary to send us photos through the viber application to 6972604233, so that we have a better image when communicating with you and confirming your acceptance of the return.
- The products must be returned in the same safe shipping packaging and in particular using bubble wrap to avoid damage on return.
- In case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, send the parcel with the courier company that we will indicate to you using the customer code that we will indicate to you and the shipping costs are borne by our business.
- Please note that shipping costs are charged to our business only in case of our own mistake or defective product. In any other case, the shipping costs and the COD or Paypal costs are borne exclusively by the customer, as mentioned in detail above.
